Steven A. Cohen (AB, magna cum laude, Cornell University; JD, Harvard Law School), a member of the Glycosyn legal team, is President of CEA Group, Inc., a provider of professional services in the areas of real estate development, investment, construction, architecture and property management. His former affiliations include the law firms of Fine & Ambrogne and Widett, Slater & Goldman, where he represented developers of major real estate projects with respect to site acquisition, financing, construction documentation, office leasing, zoning, governmental permits and environmental matters. Mr. Cohen is a Member of the Bar, Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts; Licensed Real Estate Broker, Commonwealth of Massachusetts; Member of the Cambridge Planning Board; and is on the Board of Directors of the New Center for Art and Culture.
